What Data We Hold

  • We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Journalist Information/ Mailing List

  • If you are a journalist on our mailing list, the information we might collect about you may include your contact information, details of your employment, your specialist area within the media and our relationship with you. This information may be collected directly from you, provided by your organisation or a third-party data supplier such as PR MAX/ ROXHILL or similar. We use this as necessary for our legitimate interests in managing our relationship with you or your organisation.
  • We use our mailing list to send press releases, advance music, and guest list and interview offers for artists/events we represent, or other similar activity deemed a legitimate interest. We may also get in touch to check our records are still up to date. We work hard to make sure this information is targeted and as much as we can, that you don’t receive emails not relevant to you.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails and writing “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or by emailing us at privacy@digitalrebelpr.com. If you later change your mind feel free to contact us with the request.

Client And Employee Data

  • If you work for one of our clients, suppliers or business partners, the information we collect about you may include your contact information, details of your employment and our relationship with you. This information may be collected directly from you or provided by your organisation. Your organisation should have informed you that your information would be provided to us and directed you to this policy. We use this as necessary for our legitimate interests in managing our relationship with your organisation.
  • Other data supplied by you such as CV and application forms, referee information, emergency contact details, credit information from third parties, photographs of you at events, for testimonials and case studies. Our lawful ground of processing is legitimate interests and we also ask for consent in advance for testimonials and case studies. For legal and compliance reasons.
  • We will only use your personal data for a purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. We may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent where this is required or permitted by law.

Data Security

The security of your information is very important to us. We attempt to provide for the secure storage of your information by utilizing generally accepted industry practices. We have put in place appropriate internal security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
