Richard And Adam’s ‘The Impossible Dream’ held at no.1 on the UK album chart this weekend and now overtake Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience for most consecutive weeks at Number 1 this year!
The duo who found fame on Britain’s Got Talent fought off tough competition from the likes of Rudimental, Travis and John Mayer to hold onto the Number 1 spot on the Official Albums Chart for a fourth week in a row.
According to the Official Charts, ‘The Impossible Dream’, the brother’s debut album, has now overtaken US star Justin Timberlake’s ‘The 20/20 Experience’ to score the most consecutive weeks at Number 1 this year. The album is now tied with The Motion Picture Cast Recording of Tom Hooper’s big screen adaptation ‘Les Miserables’, for the most overall weeks at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart this year; ‘Les Miserables’ notched up two runs of two weeks at Number 1 on the chart back in January and February.
